DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation (DAC) seeks an energetic, outgoing Junior Corporate Recruiter who will report to the Lead Recruiter and assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for a fast-paced Recruiting Department. The qualified candidate will be bright, energetic and a quick learner who is eager and has a passion to grow the company through hiring. This position is located in Arlington, VA,

Responsibilities:

  • Provide candidate sourcing to locate passive & active candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews
  • Build relationships and maintain constant communication with candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure understanding of position requirements and communicate candidate status
  • Utilize social media to find and attract candidates
  • Research, plan, and attend professional and college career fairs as well as networking events
  • Utilize applicant tracking database to search for candidates, add candidates, post and manage positions
  • Post open positions on job boards and monitor applicants
  • Proactively contribute to the continuing development of the recruiting process and resources
  • Understand and promote the company and its benefits
  • Assist with recruiting reports
  • Other HR/administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Entry level to 2 years of recruiting experience
  • DoD recruiting and/or technical recruiting experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and build rapport with all levels of management
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Ability to adapt to the business needs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team oriented, strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self motivate, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Results oriented and able to effectively gain knowledge of position requirements and associated work environment
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute positively to the organizations reputation and success
  • Able to independently use MS Office
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD clearance upon hire
