We re seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with knowledge of UX Design and Digital Marketing practices to join a team of product specialists, developers and designers in building highly successful e-commerce web applications. This role requires a true passion for data analysis, the customer experience, and growth strategies. With your knowledge of eCommerce, digital analytics and conversion optimization, you ll help guide the trajectory of our products by skillfully testing data-driven hypotheses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform qualitative and quantitative research to gain insight on key user segmentsMonitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics to discover conversion challengesPropose educated solutions and generate wireframes, prototypes and mock-upsDesign and execute A/B/n tests with meticulous attention to detail, interpret results, and propose sound action to be taken upon completionReport conversion performance improvement and ROI to key stakeholdersContinuously improve internal testing and reporting methodologiesDesired Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree (U.S.or Foreign Equivalent)2+ years of applied experience in experience design.Strong understanding of eCommerce and SaaS (Software as a Service)Demonstrated advanced knowledge of CRO and experience in A/B/n testingAbility to communicate metrics and analyses in an articulate, actionable manner for technical and non-technical individuals at all levels.Prior experience working within product development teams in Agile environmentsThorough understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, user flows, etc.).Knowledge of the technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).Experience with Google Analytics and database structures for uncovering quantitative data is a must Symplicity is proud to be an equal and diverse Employer.EEO/AAP/M/F/Disabled/Veteran. - provided by Dice
