Bacon's story
I'm an older girl with a funny name, right? Maybe I did a lot of beggin' when I was young and my Dad thought Bacon would be cute. I'm just saying.
My best friend Cindy and I used to live with a Vietnam veteran. When he passed away last year, there was nobody to take us. But our old friend, our veterinarian, stepped in to try to find us a new home. He knew how much our Dad loved us. Cindy and I would love to stay together. I'm her big sister by another mother. 
So now we're here with the SPCA. Lisa says that we are perfect dogs, very sweet and well-behaved.
I know that people can worry about the medical bills for older dogs, but I'm healthy now. Talk to the SPCA if you're interested and they may be able to help.
